Hi, good morning! Can someone help me with the following query? I joined a service-based company 7 days ago, and now I have received an offer from a product-based company. Consequently, I resigned from the current service-based company. I informed them via email and phone. Initially, HR called and said they would drop my candidature; however, they later called again to revise my CTC and spoke well, but I declined because the work environment is not good. Subsequently, they threatened to put my details on the NASSCOM blacklist and are asking me to serve a 90-day notice period. I am unsure how being on the blacklist will affect my future career.
