Yesterday, I was terminated by my company as they thought that I was instigating employees to leave the company. Additionally, my VP informed me that he would blacklist me in NASSCOM, which may hinder my ability to secure a job in any listed company. Is that true?

Termination Concerns in the IT Industry
Your industry appears to be the IT industry. What is your designation? In which city do you work? What is the evidence of the instigation with them? Before termination, did your company conduct a domestic enquiry? Any termination without a domestic enquiry is illegal. Provide us with more information, and other seniors will give you the right advice.
Your termination could be on the grounds of normal employee misconduct. Therefore, there's no need to worry about getting blacklisted by NASSCOM.
