I have joined Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) Limited this month with a salary of 10k per month as I didn't have money to live in Bangalore. I am a B.E. (CSE) student. Recently, I got an offer letter from an IT company with a 3 LPA package.
Leaving HGS During Training
So, how can I leave HGS when I have already joined and training is ongoing? Will there be any problems if I abscond? The Team Leader mentioned that he will not accept my resignation and that the company will blacklist me on NSR if I abscond. Is the company registered under NASSCOM National Skill Registration (NSR)?
Please help me. I am waiting for your valuable suggestions. It's about my life.

If you don't want to stay, you better leave now. It is not about the company's registration. Are you registered yourself in NSR? If not, don't worry. I don't think Hinduja has time to blacklist you.
