Dear Seniors, I need your support on how to create a Performance Matrix. Management has asked me to start working on it individually. We are in the NBFC sector and have 5 departments:

3. Collection
4. HR
5. Accounts
This is my first time working on it, and I have no idea where or how to start. I have done some research but didn't fully understand it. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
