HR Generalist Profile and Its Impact on the Sales Team

Today, I have a query regarding the most frequently asked question: What does an HR Generalist profile include? What can an HR Generalist do for the Sales Team to ensure they benefit from it?

I belong to the recruitment industry and have the opportunity to work with a well-known education firm. I am tasked with handling two recruiters who focus solely on sales recruitment. Therefore, my current role is primarily in a generalist profile. I have been involved in various activities such as sales appraisal, employee record and code generation, employee grievance handling, birthday celebrations, recruitment strategy and planning, target achievement parties organized by management, exit interviews for the sales team, and office festival celebrations.
