Hi, my name is Seema Singh. I completed my MBA in 2013. Currently, I'm working as a Recruiter in an IT company. As a recruiter, I have only 3 months of experience, but in total, I have 5 years of experience as an academic counselor. Should I mention my total experience in my resume? I want to grow in an HR generalist profile only. Please guide me if there are any required diploma courses for an HR generalist profile.

Dear Seema,

What is your specialization in MBA? Is it HR or any other subject? If it is HR, you need no more courses. You mentioned you have 5 years of experience. What is the area of your experience and with what basic qualifications did you gain it? Was it after plus 2, after UG, or after PG? No useful guidance can be given without the background. Please send your CV.

Blessings,
Dr. Ram
