Issue with Online PF Settlement

I have been working in a private limited company as an HR Assistant in Chennai. One person applied for an online PF settlement; he has been working in the company for the last 4 years. Therefore, he needs to withdraw an advance amount of Rs. 60,000. He currently has Rs. 83,000, which matches the amount shown in his passbook. I applied on his behalf, but at the last stage, when I entered the OTP, the next page did not load, and the message confirming the successful update did not appear. What should I do?

Anybody who is an expert in this area, please help me.
