Hi Govind,
You can check your PF Claim Status by entering your EPF number on the EPFO website. I am not sure about the exact site name, but it may be www.epfochennai.nic.in.

Hi Friend,
If you resign from your services and fill out the application, submitting it to the PF office, your PF amount will be credited within two months from the date they receive the application. You can check the status accordingly.

Dear Govindaraj,
First, you need to provide me with the following information (this is a parenthetical view):
1) How long have you been employed, and have you received the PF number from the organization?
2) Have you served the notice period as per the company policy? If yes, the first step to take with the organization is to inquire whether they have processed your PF withdrawal forms (Form 19 & 10) and when they submitted the forms. The PF Department will credit the amount to your bank account within 45-60 days from the date of submission, with prior notice.
3) If so, simply visit the PF website and check the status.
Do you need anything else?
Regards,
Kugan Paramasivam.

Hi,
This is Shaik Sanaullah. I have submitted my PF withdrawal form at ICICI One Source (First Source) on Sarjapur Road on March 25, 2008. I received confirmation from my ex-employer that my application was submitted on April 10, 2008. However, to date, the funds have not been credited to my account. I visited the PF office but did not receive any satisfactory response. Upon checking the website, I found no relevant information. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
PF account: KN/24506/2304
Bank Name: Corporation Bank (Malleswaram Branch)
Account Number: 32899
Thank you.

Hi CIteHR,
I need some help from you guys, and an early reply would be highly appreciated. My PF number is UP322143844. I was working in an IT company called Xansa (which has now been taken over by a company called Steria) and left in April 2007. I still haven't received my PF, thanks to the excellent finance team. Additionally, I was out of India for some time.
They now advise me that they have submitted it to the PF board. However, when I go to the epfindia site, I am totally lost on how to use it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could show me a way out.
And BTW, kudos for doing a good job.
Thanks,
Shridatt

You can apply for PF withdrawal in Form 19 and 10C (for service less than 9 years 6 months only) 2 months after your date of leaving the previous organization. However, if you happen to join a new organization within 2 months or at the time of applying, then you have to get your PF transferred to the new employer's account by applying in Form 13 to the PF office where your new employer's account is maintained.
