I am currently pursuing my internship, and my project is on Performance Management. I am working on the formulation of a web portal that will help in aggregating corporate information into a single location and aid in the better and smooth functioning of the PMS cycle (from the PMS calendar to feedback). Suggestions on the parameters that must be included will be appreciated (as I am new to this).
