Our airline is the National Flag Carrier of Myanmar, and we plan to extend our services to international scheduled flights in August with the Boeing 737-800. In order to keep abreast of international HR development, we would like to enhance the capability and career development of our present HR assets with an effective performance review system and performance development methods. Our performance evaluation system should be in line with today's airline industry practices. Thus, we welcome any suggestions and advice to implement a performance review within our organization.
