I work in the airline industry as an HR Generalist. I was previously working as a recruiter. Since I am new to this generalist profile, can anyone help me with how to set parameters for performance appraisal?

Begin with articulating/putting in writing common standard performance parameters (CSPP). Add specific position-wise (hierarchy) performance parameters. Close with rewards or punishment standards to acknowledge either superior or inferior performance. This domain par excellence requires awareness, attention, action, and alteration at regular intervals.
