I need your valuable suggestion. I work in one of the leading security companies as a Sr. Executive-HR. We have been facing several instances where inspectors visit our client site and provide inspection/infraction reports. These reports cover various areas from minimum wages to contract labor to compliance with the Payment of Gratuity Act and more. In many cases, we have only 2-3 staff members at the client location.

I kindly request your valuable input on how to maintain statutory registers in compliance with the law while considering a cost-benefit analysis.

Hello Shashi, Regarding your queries, please search in the CITE HR archives. You want details of statutory registers that are to be maintained. In the title box that you see above, type "STATUTORY REGISTERS..." inside the "WHAT DO YOU NEED?" box. After typing, press the research button. You will get a lot of information.
