I need the list of labor laws applicable to an establishment, i.e., a distributor of IT products in Mumbai. It also has branches in other states.

Current Labor Laws List

- Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946
- Maternity Benefit Act, 1961

- Sales Promotion Employees Conditions, 1976
- Payment of Bonus Act, 1965

3. Industrial Disputes Act
4. Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971
5. Payment of Bonus Act
6. Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act
7. Maharashtra Private Security Guards Act
8. Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal, and other Manual Workers Act
9. Equal Remuneration Act
10. Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act

The company has its headquarters in Mumbai, but other branches exist in other states as well. Therefore, will the laws pertaining to those states apply in the respective branches, or will they remain the same as the head office's? Also, is the 'Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal, and Other Manual Workers Act' applicable to establishments or only to factories?
