Dear Karthikeyan, the following registers and records are to be maintained in the establishment registered under the provisions of the Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, 1952 in Haryana State:
1. Attendance Record/Payment Register.
2. Record of Wages Slips issued to the Workers.
3. Form of Nominations under the Payment of Gratuity Act.
4. Register maintained under the Payment of Bonus Act.
5. Register in Form B under the National Festival Holidays Act.
6. Annual Return under the Minimum Wages/Payment of Wages Act.
7. Register of Overtime/Advance/Fine/Deduction.
8. Registers A & B under the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act.
9. Register D under the Equal Remuneration Act.
10. Returns under the provisions of the Maternity Benefits Act.
11. Registration under the Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, 1958.
12. Other records maintained under the provisions of various labor laws like Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, and Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948.
13. Registration Certificate under the provisions of the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 for contractor(s)/vendor(s) (if applicable).
14. Register of particulars of contractors in Form 8 under CL Act.
15. Record for submission of Annual Returns to the Registering Officer under CL Act.

16. License under the provisions of the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 issued by the Licensing Authority (if applicable).
17. Register in Form 9 under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970.
18. Muster Roll Register of Wages Deduction/Fine/Advance/Overtime in Forms 12, 16, 17, 18 & 19 respectively prescribed under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970.
19. Record for issuing the wages slip to the employees.
20. Record for submission of Half-yearly return under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970.
21. Employment Card in Form 10.
22. Copy of Notice in Form 6-A.
23. Form of nomination under the Payment of Gratuity Act.
24. Register maintained under the Payment of Bonus Act.
25. Register in Form B under the National Festival Holidays Act.
