Dear Seniors,
I completed my B.A. in 2007 and then pursued an M.B.A. (H.R. & Fin.) in 2009. I have recently taken on the role of HR manager in my own business. However, I am encountering difficulties when it comes to dealing with labour laws, salary, bonuses, and other related regulations. I am eager to enhance my practical knowledge in these areas. Could you kindly suggest a short-term course or a distance learning program that could be beneficial for me? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you,
Sanika

Dear Sanika,
In case you want to increase your practical knowledge of Labour Laws, I would suggest applying to the Government Law College located at Churchgate. GLC offers full-time courses on labour laws. I recommend applying for it. The admission details and fee structure can be obtained from the website.
Thank you.

Guidance on Practical Knowledge in Labor Law
Why don't you seek guidance from a master in labor law? Your college and institute provide you with theoretical knowledge, resulting in you only receiving a certificate/degree without practical experience. I strongly recommend taking this matter seriously if you are truly interested.
