    I working as AM-HR in an small IT company and am given a task of preparing and implementing PMS. So I have few queries related to that, Ms. Nabomita has recommended about you. I hope if you could help me knowing the actual way to do it.
    1. Please clarify that setting KRAs and performance measurement parameters is the job of HR or Reporting managers.
    Though technical managers are too busy to even participate in this.

    2. Please guide how to start and how to do that, as our company cannot afford to hire an HR consultant
