Hello,
I am Neha. I am a B.Com (Hons) graduate who has just completed my graduation from Delhi University and is eager to start my career in HR. I have enrolled myself in PGDBA (HR specialization) through distance learning from Symbiosis.
I am interested in knowing if there are any short-term courses in HR that I can pursue alongside. Additionally, I would like to inquire about SAP-HR. Siemens is the authorized institute, but they do not accept freshers. Are there any other institutes in Delhi where I can pursue a SAP-HR course?
What about Webcom Technologies in South Extension, Delhi? Do they also provide training for SAP? Can I consider this institute?
Please guide me on how I should kickstart my career in HR and also suggest some short-term HR courses.
Thank you.

Hi Neha,
How are you? It's nice that you are specializing in HR. I also have completed an MBA in finance and am currently working. It's great that you want to do the SAP-HR module. If I have anyone in my contacts, I will definitely let you know.
By the way, my email is niravbba@gmail.com. I hope you don't mind staying in contact and building a network of friends. Hopefully, we can meet online sometime and share experiences.
Thanks and regards,
Nirav

Dear Neha,
Considering you have completed your B.COM and want to pursue a career in HR, I would suggest enrolling in a full-time institute, whether it be private or through CET. By doing so, you will gain good knowledge, experience with projects, case studies, placements, etc. Therefore, it is recommended to enroll in a full-time course only.

Hello. I am pursuing MBA(HR) full time. Core MBA(HR) is not enough to get a good job so kindly suggest some add-on courses in HR.

Hi Anamika,
Great you are doing MBA in HR. Hey, there is also some time opportunity in some companies regarding HR jobs. But if you have 1 to 2 years of experience, then it will really add to your profile. You can also consider doing some SAP HR modules. However, in my opinion, having a combination of HR with another subject is better if you are a fresher.
I have also completed MBA in Finance and International Business. Currently, I am working as an Assistant in Finance/Account in Delhi. Where are you pursuing your MBA?
Hope we can meet online sometime and have a chat. My email is niravbba@gmail.com.
