Hi!
I was working at a company called Bramco WLL, based in Bahrain, and the company is also registered in Delhi, India.
This company has two projects in Delhi for the supply and installation of stone at the DIAL Project.
I joined this organization on August 16, 2010, in Bahrain as Sr. Manager Accounts, and I was performing very well. Suddenly, the top functionaries of the company called me to Delhi for 10 days, but it extended to 3 months. Every time I requested to be sent back to Bahrain, I received very odd answers.
In Delhi, they lacked proper manpower, so they placed all responsibilities on my shoulders, which I handled perfectly. On January 16, 2011, my father's death anniversary fell on a Sunday, and I was occupied with rituals for him. At noon, I received a call to come to the office and was pressured to work. When I declined, they made inappropriate comments about my father's death, which was intolerable to me. Eventually, I went to the office and submitted my resignation, which they accepted.
After serving my notice period until January 31, they issued a letter stating that they were terminating me, citing reasons like incapability and not meeting expectations.
On the 10th, I returned to the office for the handover process since they had not assigned anyone to take over from me earlier. I began handing over responsibilities to a person named Suganth.
On the 11th, I arrived slightly late to the office, and on my way, the owner's daughter called me and used disrespectful language, resulting in a heated argument, after which she prevented me from entering the office.
Subsequently, I stopped going to the office, and whenever I inquired about my final settlement, they provided various excuses.
Please advise on this matter.
