Can the members of the Internal Complaints Committee be employees of the company? After forming the ICC and the policy, does it require to be registered with the Local Complaints Committee? @kmahi786 The members of ICC are, in fact, the employees of the company except for one external member who can be from an NGO, legal background, or has worked on the subject of Sexual Harassment at Workplace. There is no need to register the ICC with the LCC, as both bodies have different jurisdictions.
