I have recently joined an organization, and immediately our senior management has asked me to prepare a GET (Graduate Trainee Engineer) Programme, which includes Recruitment, the cost of recruitment, assessment system, period of Training, Project tenure, and retainment if suitable.
I request all of you to please help me in this regard. If anybody has any information, please let me know. It's somewhat urgent.

The program means I want a policy that includes campus interviews, their stipend, training tenure, yearly schedule, and more precisely, we want it in a PowerPoint presentation (PPT).
