Approach the Labour Commissioner's Office at Tardeo. They conduct examinations for registration. Inquire with them about the scheduled dates for these exams.

However, for your information, the position of the Labour Welfare Officer is now considered obsolete in light of the new economic environment. Trade unions no longer exist, and business models have become thin and lean, with less than 500 workers employed. Therefore, in practical terms, the role of the welfare officer holds little relevance. Employers do not appreciate or tolerate the welfare officer's job anymore because without trade unions, there are no objections to the existence of welfare officers. As conflicts are rare now, especially in industrial units with fewer than 500 workers, except for labor-oriented industries, which are in the minority.
