In financial year 2011-12, i changed job in may 2011 to M/s Pyrotech and left it in Dec\'2011 and again rejoin my last company which i have left in april 2011.
Now i want to know that how many form 16 i have needed?
Both of my organisations refuse to give form 16 and answering me that you have worked only 5-6 month in last financial year and your salary during that time is not in tax deduction , so they cant issue form 16.
But I need form 16 because i have to apply a bank loan and form 16 is mandatory for this.
Is RTI helps in this case?
if yes then who is to address for this?
also my previous company \"pyrotech\" not giving me any pf , esi , or any insurance.
Is p.f. and esi/insurance deduction is not mandatory for the companies?
My take home salary is approx Rs30000 in both organization.
If mandatory then where i have to complaint for this?
