Understanding CTC and Salary Breakup
From CTC, it is not possible to make a salary breakup or tax deduction as much would depend upon the compensation policy of the organization. Normally, when the organization provides CTC, it would also give a breakdown. CTC is often misleading as it encompasses all proportionate expenses incurred for its personnel too. You may need to seek the monthly gross salary to get a real idea of the payment to be received.
