HI,
I worked 4.5 years in one of the company but not paid salaries ,by-monthly one salary paid on request basis.Request us to stay back as good days will come but after 5 years also they are not paying. Now current employees also not attending the duties and locked the company.
What to do now?
I left that company with proper channel and received relieving letter only....not provided pending salary certificate.
1.What is the procedure to get my pending dues?
2.to whom I have to interact to get ?

Hi ...
This is Amit and I worked on a reputed logistics company as a Business Development Executive from last 20 months.
My manager send mail to HR to mark us LOP or absent who doesn't meet the daily set terget.
On a day average 4 people meet target out of 20 people. Also as per the appointment letter there hasn't mentioned that our jobs os purely terget oriented.if we will not meet terget salary will be hold. Yes we have some variable pay which directly linked with our performance but not hole salary.
We have asked to HR and as per them they are also follow the managers instructions.
In this situation what should we need to do? Also if HR marked us LOP or Absent after working hole day on field what should be the actions from our side ?
Regards....
Amit

Dear CiteHR team,
One of my friend is facing similar issue...
Her employer has stopped her 1 month salary and said that due to non-performance this month's salary is on hold!
she has completed 8 months in this consultancy and has performed 5 months consecutively...
Kindly suggest the appropriate way to get out of this situation...Her offer letter mentions- "..the managing partners have the right to terminate your services without giving you any notice in case of any integrity, character or non-performance issues.
You are not eligible for any salary or incentives under the following circumstances:
1) Your services are terminated due to any integrity, character or non-performance issues
2) You leave the organization without giving a month prior notice."
Pls help..
