Hi,
I am currently pursuing my mba and wish to specialize in hr core. while all my batchmates are choosing elelctives for fourth tri mester, i am worried about something else. in about 6-7 months time i will be sitting for placemenmts. ho wcan i differentiate myself from my batch mates with the same qualifications. if i were to opt for some higher sough after certification, i think it would give me an edge over others. would you please suggest what are the different certifiactions an hr should have to get better job opportunities and bargaining power.

Dear nisha You can study SAP HR module. Which helps you to stand unique from others and you can do some other courses related to labour law.
