Questions related to HR in a bid can be:
Basically, understand that in a bid a company asks for such questions so that it can judge the strength of the bidder in case of ready manpower, so just have all such data ready-where u can 'market your manpower'
Hope you got an idea.

- What is your employee strength currently?
- Break up of employees across departments/locations/projects (however ur organisation functions)
- What is your attrition rate? for the last 3 months, 6 months, 1 yr or last 3 yrs. You must be prepared to answer for any time duration upto 3 years, hence keep your manpower report ready.
- Sample resumes. If this is a Software co. have 2-3 resumes sample resumes ready for various designations such as Software Dev, Sr Software Dev, Tester, Solution Architect, Project Manager etc
- Your organisational chart
- If there is specific certifications to your industry type - then you can be asked questions like how many employees are certified. (for example in case of SW- how many have PMP certifications).
- Your current bench strength.
