"We can say without hesitation that girls can show greater maturity than boys of the same age group. Not only in the field of education, but they have also demonstrated their skills and abilities in all aspects they face. Scientific experiments have shown that when considering psychology, girls exhibit better mental growth compared to boys in the same peer group. This might be the reason why, in the Hindu marriage system, the bride is usually younger than the groom.
In the past, the culture of a region used to control girls' behavior deliberately. With the influence of Western culture on our society, they tend to adopt a more modern mindset that suits them better. Girls from different regions exhibit different behaviors and have unique psychologies. However, the common trait among all girls is their tendency to attract others indirectly.
Girls never ignore their careers, even when engaged in complex tasks. Middle-class girls often prioritize matters related to financial stability. Many middle-class girls have goals focused on the welfare of their families. In contrast, wealthy individuals seek entertainment in every moment. Nevertheless, regardless of their behavior, girls never fail to entertain observers. The collective psychology of girls is something that all individuals, especially men, should appreciate and acknowledge."

It's my pleasure, Riya.
You are right. But as long as the flag is in the capable hands of girls like you, you will surely receive support from the rest of the world.
Every change has a process, and it happens accordingly. Don't worry.

I recently heard research by genetic engineers that approximately 5 million years ago, males were carrying 135 genes. However, now they carry only 45 genes, and in about the same number of years from now, they may face extinction. This scenario does not apply to females.

Hi Riya,
It's been many days since I read an original post - something straight from the heart and not copied from anywhere. Your post was a good read. I am proud to be a girl. I'd like to add one more thing though. I feel females have always been smarter than men; however, I don't understand why they let males take the lead. We often prefer it when a man does better than us. Maybe I am wrong, but I would like to hear the opinions of others.

This may be the reason in the Hindu marriage system where generally the bride is younger than the bridegroom.
In the olden days, culture controlled girls from behaving deliberately. As the influence of Western culture grows, they think in a more modern way, which they find beneficial. Girls from different regions behave differently and have distinct psychologies. However, the common trait among all girls is their attempt to attract others indirectly.
Girls never neglect their careers, even when involved in complex tasks. Middle-class girls often focus on things related to financial resources, with many aiming to improve their family's welfare. In contrast, wealthy individuals seek entertainment in all moments. Nonetheless, the way girls behave provides observers with amusement. The overall psychology of girls is something all men should appreciate and recognize."

Dear Friend,
I fully disagree with such one-sided facts. Smartness, capabilities, leadership, honesty, kindness – all these characteristics are not gender-specific. Such characteristics depend on the upbringing, background, thoughts, etc. Furthermore, never forget that the idea of women's upliftment has been promoted by males. Let's not forget about figures like Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Kabir, Raja Rammohan Roy, Ramkrishna Paramahansa, etc. They were wise enough to understand that smartness is not gender-specific.

The wise men of this world know differently and treat women with respect, whether she is at home raising their children, has a career, or is working. Women and men are very different. Women prefer to live in peace and accept things rather than change everything, whereas men tend to be much more focused on doing things, changing things, making toys, and so on. Consequently, the vast majority of scientists and engineers are men. If women had led the world for the last few thousand years, we would be living in dark but prettily decorated caves, eating berries and vegetables, with a maximum world population of about 60 million, all that can be supported by pre-technology nature.

Good article to boost the morale of women. You must understand that women are playing a very crucial role in this fast-paced corporate world compared to earlier days. This growth is rapid, and going forward, we can expect it to continue growing significantly.
Don't worry about your gender survival. For your information, many women degrade themselves by believing they are not capable of achieving certain things. This mindset needs to change in order to turn your dreams into reality.
Thank you,
Vikram
