Hi, I just now saw your post. Well, right now I'm doing a project on "Training Need Analysis" in a service sector. Few days back, I completed my field work, and right now I'm preparing my project report. The issue here is more than 90 or 95% of my respondents' responses are similar for my questionnaire. Do I still need to use any statistical tools and come up with any quantitative findings? Kindly help me in this regard.

Hi Prinica,
I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR, and we have to do a research project in HR. I am planning to focus on training need analysis for my project. Can you confirm if this can be a research project? Could you please help me clarify this confusion?
Thank you.
