I've decided to add one of the following features this month depending on the feedback from members. You get to choose which one you want added:

Better search software will give you results from the entire network.

OR

Personal Email Address: You need to suggest an email domain like if you don't want it to be on citeman.com.

OR

Classified section will let you post classifieds for free.

I think you should incorporate a better search feature. As it is I dont think email is a good option. We do have this personal message thingy here and classified will be of not much use. Tan

Hi,

I have a few things to suggest:

🔹 When a person logs in, there can be a feature added for chat (for example, the way Gmail has it).
🔹 There should not be email-like stuff; instead, let people have their personal email IDs displayed. The current inbox is perfectly fine, but it requires a little modification in terms of its display.
🔹 A proper way to have a go-back option in the list in the same section.

That's all for now. I will write more as and when it comes to my mind!

Hi,

The additional feature is welcome. I see many HR personnel providing materials in the form of attachments which are sometimes unable to be downloaded, and a host of emails asking for a personal forward. I suggest all downloads be separately classified [after verification if possible] from where one can link the write-up of the provider and click on download. As a visitor to the page, I do not have to see download/forward messages but look at interactive material for viewing and comments.

Free downloads: Everyone seeks a free download once it is linked up. The provider of this information has put his thoughts to make it useful to the fraternity, mostly as an insight into the HR work and not be a 'plagiarist'. [I have seen these cut and paste presentations... oops!!!! They forget to delete the source or least acknowledge!]

Why not limit attachments only for viewing with download to a certain class of members or at a nominal cost payable to a charity [a sense of satisfaction to the provider and receiver] unless he/she does not mind free downloads of their materials.

Hi,

I noticed that a ranking is given to a member based on the 'post'. Now, the post can be an emoticon or any single word added to the topic. This is a bit of improper judgment in my opinion.

I have to go through 50 topics and say 'I agree' or a similar word to reach eligibility. I can achieve this in one hour! Where is a real contribution or a query relevant to the intelligence of the forum?

Hello CITE MODERATORS

Just keen to know if it is possible that we can see all the topics we visited since we joined so that if we want to refer back, we can do so. As of now, this option is not available; we can only see the topics where we have posted something, but not those where we have just viewed.

Please look into this as I have personally faced a lot of problems searching for that particular topic among thousands of topics under one heading. Would really appreciate an early response to this request.
