Hi Freinds, Can anyone help me framing a policy for Celebration of Birthdays or Anniversary days in the office.Pl share with me ur gems. Regards, Rohan.

Hello!

Here's a suggestion:

1. Create a database with the birthdates of all the employees.
2. Assign a birthday team to take care of the celebrations.
3. For the celebration, you can ask all team members to contribute and buy a cake and a card (gift if it allows you).
4. On the day, you can send a congratulatory email to the birthday individual and forward it to all team members so that everybody can extend their wishes.
5. You can request the birthday team to decorate the workstation of the birthday person.

If you have more creative ideas, please share.
