Yup, we did implement PMS. Whenever you are implementing it, one should be sure of who wanted to implement it. Did it originate from the HR department or from the management? If it is from the HR side, do you have complete backing from the management? The effectiveness of the PMS is partially dependent on the endorsement of the same by the management too.
