Thank you for your comment. I didn't mention the 360-degree PMS in this. If you add this, it's nice. This system is only used in certain categories of industries. However, most industries use the normal PMS system, which is why I mentioned it like that.

Thanks for your comment. I didn't include the 360-degree PMS in this. If you add this, it's nice. This system is used only in certain categories of industries. But most industries use the normal PMS system, which is why I mentioned it that way.

I too noticed it. This is the bitter truth about PMS that we discuss the 360-degree aspect. We are taught about it, but Indian organizations still hesitate to implement it in the corporate context due to the following reasons:
1. The organizations are ruled based on hierarchy.
2. Subordinates do not openly communicate about their bosses.
3. Presence of veteran managers.
4. Power and politics exist within the organization.
5. Primarily vertical (Top to Down) communication is prevalent.
