hai all, I just want to know what is the difference between HR Manager(operation) and operation manager. what is the major work difference between them.

An HR Manager of operations is responsible for all the operational activities in the HR function, which may include, but are not limited to:

- Handling Recruitments
- Managing Leave and Attendance
- Resolving Employee Grievances
- Managing Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations

On the other hand, a Manager of Operations has a much broader role, which includes overseeing a wide range of business operations, administration, and HR functions can also fall under an operations manager.
