I would like to invite you to participate in a survey that I am conducting on Human Resource Outsourcing.
I am a Masters in International Management student from the University of Strathclyde based in Glasgow, UK. Currently, I am completing my dissertation on HRO: Perspective of the Workforce Involved. This survey is a part of the research efforts being undertaken for my dissertation.
As a part of my dissertation, I shall be exploring the various areas in which new organizational solutions are practiced in HR, how far HR outsourcing is practiced, and the implications that result from the same. This report will also explore some of the ways in which HRO may or may not pose a threat to the existence of HR in an organization and will also explore the impact of HRO on the HR employees who are retained and on those who are made to exit from a company due to the same. The two markets that I am specifically looking at for research purposes are the United Kingdom and India.
There are two types of questionnaires: one is for those who are working in HR service providers, and the other is for those working within organizations in HR departments. The questionnaires have been attached and named accordingly. Kindly complete them as per their applicability to you.
I understand that time is a valuable resource for you and is heavily accounted for. However, it would be highly appreciated if you could spare a few minutes of your time to complete this questionnaire. Your participation is critical to the success of this effort.
I can assure you that all your responses are voluntary, confidential, and shall remain anonymous.
