You need to contact the newspaper office you want to advertise in. The charges are based on different aspects. If you want your advertisement for a full page, the cost differs. If you want it to be half a page, the rate again differs. There are certain other factors too. If you want it to be posted every week, the cost differs. If you are looking for advertising on a regular basis in the newspaper, I would suggest you have a detailed contract with that newspaper's team.
Make sure that you get this entire plan confirmed from your HR manager. It is really much needed for proceedings.
