Hi Sashmita,

Do you mean that you want to display vacancies to your employees? If so, in our organization, we put up a notice on the notice board. I am attaching a format with this message.

Hi Madhuri,

Thank you for your assistance. The information provided is very helpful. However, I am specifically seeking posters that will catch the attention of commuters, passersby, and customers. I believe this is a simple yet effective way to attract junior-level staff. The only challenge I am facing is determining the appropriate format to begin with.

Looking forward to your guidance.

Regards,
Sashmita

Hi everybody,

Everyone would have noticed a trend among BPOs and other firms where attrition is high. They make tall claims, making the job seem like a vacation or an unrealistic career path, etc., in their hiring ads. Few among you would be aware that such ads are not consistent with the Advertising Standards Council of India's code.
