The main core HR activities are:
1) Recruitment, Selection & Induction
2) Making & Formulation of the policies.
3) Maintaining Employee Database.
4) Taking Exit Interviews.
5) Maintaining Exit Interviews Database.
6) Looking after HR Budget and chalking out the plan for the next budget year.
7) Doing Performance Appraisal process (including increment and promotion).
8) Training Development (including identifying training needs, chalking out the training plan and making a sheet for Planned Hours vs Conducted hours).
9) Manpower Planning
10) Taking part in HR Audit

I totally agree with you on the activities you mentioned. They are all very important activities in HR. The main part I want to know is about Payroll Compensation management. Firstly, I would like to understand what activities are included in payroll compensation management.

I am currently handling leave records, bonuses, and gratuity. However, I may not be managing some payroll activities. Please help me out and provide me with full details on payroll compensation. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
