Hi, I am not going to give you any ready-made format. You can incorporate basic details like the number of training man-hours, the number of training hours, details of backup trainers, average score of each training session, average number of participants, and number of retrainings conducted.

I hope starting with these details will be sufficient. Later on, map it with competency mapping. If retention is also a part of your group, then add attrition and retention data tenure-wise, department-wise, location-wise, designation-wise, and average span in the organization-wise, etc.

If you still feel the details are insufficient, email me at saxenaankur@indiatimes.com, and I will mail you the format.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I tried with the information given, but I am still not satisfied with the format. I would like to see a template so that I could modify it according to the organization's needs. It would be great if you could forward me a template :)

Hi Pratap,

Thanks for your reply. I am actually looking to send a report to my immediate superior about my current batch details. It could include information such as names, addresses, marks, performance, etc. Additionally, I also need to send a consolidated report on a half-yearly basis. Could you help me with the template?

Thank you.

Dear Aparna,

I have attached a template. This is from my memory, which I was using in Titan some years back. It was an exhaustive report and had more details. You can approach someone in Titan for their latest MIS format. They must have improvised on it.

Hi all!

I feel that mentioning the names of trainees in the Management Information System (MIS) will make it too lengthy if you are conducting training regularly in a medium or large-scale organization.

I am attaching the format we use for reference and comments.

Hi, I am Shiv. I am working on a project on man-hours. Please help me understand the following questions:

1. What are man-hours?
2. How is it effective in an organization?
3. How do stress-related aspects affect man-hours?
4. What are the techniques to make man-hours effective and productive?

If you have any other information related to man-hours, please send it my way.

Hi Sudha,

I saw your posting on Cite HR where you encouraged people who are looking for a job to contact you. Therefore, please find attached my CV for your perusal. I am looking for a job in Training & Development as an AM-Training Profile in Delhi NCR. I have a total work experience of 7 years and 3 months, out of which more than 4 years and 10 months have been in training. My areas of expertise include team handling, client management, process transitioning from a training perspective, audits, and various trainings (process, behavior, soft skills).

Out of 7 years and 3 months, I have spent 5 years and 11 months in one company (grew internally there). After that, within 8 months, I worked with 2 companies, both of which unfortunately had to shut down. This is why I am currently jobless. It would be wonderful if, with your experience and contacts, you could help me find a good job. I am open to working in training outside BPOs as well.

Regards,

Can someone tell me the best format to prepare training reports? I work for an organization that has different locations, so I have to prepare reports location-wise. For example, the name of the trainings conducted, number of employees, number of employees who attended the training, and so on. Kindly suggest a simple format to prepare training reports.
