Dear All,
I am working as an Asst Manager - Business Development for a facility management company based at ITO. I want to switch from the marketing field to some other field, though I love this marketing field a lot and have been doing it for over 3 years.
I think being a girl, it's difficult to pursue a marketing career after marriage. Kindly suggest whether my decision is right, or I have to stick with the same field. I need your suggestions and help.
If you can also suggest any in-house marketing or another job where I can fit myself.
Regards,

Hi,
If you have chosen business development, it is okay to shift. However, if you enjoy what you are currently doing, pursue it as a career and establish your team. This way, the growth will be multiplied not only by your efforts but also by the contributions of your team.
