Pay Band Details:
Pay Band of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400. After completing 8 years of service in this Pay Band, the persons will move to Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600 within the same Pay Band but shall continue to be designated as Assistant Registrar (Finance)/Internal Audit Officer.
What's the actual salary they are offering? Please, someone help.

Are you looking for the initial pay fixation or after 8 years of service? Initially, they will be fixing the salary at the basic pay (in most cases, a minimum of the scale Rs. 15,600 + grade pay of Rs. 5,400 + Variable DA). Presently, the DA is 38% of the basic pay, and as per news reports, it is going to be revised to 41% from January 2023. The government has announced a 3% annual increment, and after 8 years, the pay would be the revised basic pay (after adding annual increments) + Rs. 6,600 + the VDA as on that date.
