Hi,

What is the current pay scale for HR in the current scenario, i.e., 2012? How are the pay levels defined for each role? I mean for HR Coordinators, HR Executives, HR Managers, and HR Directors. What is the percentage of jump for each role? Please share your thoughts.

It depends on exp. & vary to company to company or size of the organization, so there is no universal law

Hi Niharika,

The answer provided by the friend above is correct. The pay scale depends on the company's policies and procedures. We need to determine the scale based on the candidate's negotiation round and consider their skills, qualifications, previous employment salary, and experience if applicable. The pay scale varies from company to company and depending on the size of the firm.

Please visit naukri.com, and on the right side, there is an option called "PAYCHECK." There you can find details about the current salary for a position in this market, compare it, etc. Hope it will serve your purpose.

Hi,

The pay scale is a matter of government organizations and not for private firms; it varies from company to company and changes as per the norms of the companies. The pay scale is decided by the management according to the policies and procedures of the company, taking into consideration the required skills, qualifications, experience, etc.
