Dear Sir/Madam, Can we calculate salary between 30th and 29th instead of 1 to 30/31st of every month?

Hi, I think you are referring to the salary closing date. For internal convenience, many organizations follow different salary cycle dates. Employees will receive their full salary only for that month; however, leave taken after the salary closing date will be considered in the next salary cycle.

Normally, a salary is calculated based on the entire calendar month, from the 1st to the 30th or 31st of the month. This is a common practice because it conforms to standard accounting calendars and practices.

Basically you are interested to change the salary/wage cycle. There is no harm. Please pay full month salary. S K Bandyopadhyay ( WB, Howrah) CEO-USD HR Solutions +91 98310 81531 skb@usdhrs.in
