Hi friends,

I have doubts regarding CL/SL. Are there any details available in the Factories Act for Manufacturing industries? How can we draft a policy for providing CL/SL for Manufacturing industries since the Shops & Establishments Act is not applicable in Manufacturing industries/Factories?

Hai.. Factiroes act will applicable to PL only, for CL/SL u have to go through the Moral Standing orders... as per my visinity regards B PRABHAKAR REDDY

hai in factories only cl and pl applicable as per act and minimum cl should be 5 days and pl should be only if 14 worked day 1 day eligible. regards john paul
