Due to recent changes in the details of age on my Aadhar card, there are two different dates on my ESIC card and Aadhar, which do not match. Can I still claim ESI benefits if the age is different? Right now, my father is in the hospital ICU receiving treatment for a brain stroke.

Yes, you can avail ESIC benefits. For this, you need to obtain a declaration or letter from your employer stating that, "Due to a clerical error, they mentioned the wrong DOB in the ESIC record and the employee is currently working with them, mentioning the correct DOB."
You can submit the letter or declaration to the ESIC hospital, and they will take the necessary steps.

@Venkata date of birth is editable in ESIC TIC request your HR to edit the same and issue a new TIC with present details, but this is for ESIC only, it would not work for EPF
