I have a query regarding the same. Is this for active employees or the employees who have left? Active employees submit their savings bank account numbers, which might change after they leave the service. It is not specified whether the provided annexure is for employees who have left or for active employees. Could you please clarify?

Good morning, this is for both active and former employees. EPFO has initiated the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent fraud in EPF. For employees who have left, this is not mandatory, but when they submit their EPF settlement form, EPFO requests the same.
