Please prepare a draft HR Manual that will contain all HR policies ranging from working hours, dress code, leave policy, welfare measures, misconduct and disciplinary action, salaries, performance appraisal, etc. Once prepared, kindly submit it for review and correction if necessary. If your company falls under the purview of the Shops and Establishment Act, please make reference to ensure the necessary labor documents are maintained.
