None of the outlets are having less than 10 employees, but total establishment is having around 30 employees. in this scenario , whether we are liable to register under esic act?

There is no employee limit for subcode registration. Every employee should have a subcode registration because employees can benefit from registering at their location. If the distance between the main code and the subcode unit is too far, it can be difficult for employees to follow the ESIC procedure.
