Obtaining an ESIC Sub-Code
C-11 is a certificate issued by the department as an ESI main code. To obtain a sub-code, a copy of C-11, the branch office address, details of employees, MOA, and AOA of your organization are required. The list of directors, all duly signed and stamped, has to be submitted to the department of the desired area to obtain the sub-code.
