Dear Mr. Agarwal,
National holidays include the corresponding night as well. If you wish to work at night, you can do so subject to the following conditions:
1. You will have to give overtime (OT) at double the rate of basic+DA/VDA/CCA/Special Allowance, etc.
2. You will be entitled to one compensatory leave.
