I use to work in health care but now recently moved small scale factories setup my question is we are have Label manufacturing so recently we wanted to have 2 shifts so we planned 2 shifts after office hours morning one shift & evening 5pm to 1.30 pm, i want to know weather i wanted to intimate Labour department with Form 10 or any other formalities i have to follow pls guide me.

Dear you need to submitted Form 11 (Local office & Regional Office) and display the shift timing to company notice board.

Are there any female employees deployed in shifts & specially the Second shift ie., 5.30pm to 1.30pm if so you need to obtain special permission in addition to submitting Form 11 to Factories Department & displaying in Notice Boards etc.,
